Your Guide to a Simple and Confident Bidding Experience

At Wiregrass Auction Group, we believe the auction process should be straightforward and stress-free. Whether you're a first-time bidder or a returning buyer, this step-by-step guide will walk you through how to participate with ease.

1. Create Your Account

Click “Register to Bid” on any auction page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and create a secure password. This sets up your free account and gives you access to all upcoming auctions.

✅ Already registered? You can skip this step and go straight to signing in.

2. Sign In

Once your account is created, you’ll be directed to sign in using your email and password. After signing in, you'll be asked to provide additional bidder information and a valid credit card for identity verification and bidding eligibility.

✅ Your information is securely processed and helps ensure a fair, trustworthy bidding environment for all participants.

3. Download the App

Bidding on the go? Download our free app for the best mobile experience:  Google Play or the App Store
Our app makes it easy to register, browse auctions, place bids, and receive real-time updates—anytime, anywhere.

4. Explore and Place Bids

Browse active auctions, review detailed listings, and when you’re ready—enter your bid and confirm. Every listing includes clear terms, descriptions, and photo galleries to guide your decision.

✅ Use the “Max Bid” feature to let our system automatically increase your bid—only if needed—up to your set limit.

5. Watch the Clock

Each auction has a scheduled closing time. If a bid is placed in the final minutes, the closing time will extend briefly to allow fair and competitive bidding.

6. Winning and What’s Next

If you're the highest bidder when the auction ends and your bid is approved—congratulations! You’ll receive two important emails from us:

✅ First Email – Your Invoice:
This includes your total purchase amount. The invoice must be paid in full before any pickup or shipping can be arranged.

✅ Second Email – Pickup or Shipping Options:
You’ll receive detailed instructions for scheduling your pickup or selecting shipping if it’s available for your item(s).

✅ Shipping Availability & Details:
Shipping is offered for select items at the buyer’s expense. If you choose shipping, the cost will include packing, materials, and actual shipping charges.
Wiregrass Auction Group reserves the right to decline shipping for certain items based on size, fragility, or other factors.
