Consignment Drop-Off by Appointment Only

To ensure each consignor receives personalized attention, we accept items by appointment only during the following times:

Mondays: 1 – 4 PM, Tuesday – Friday: 10 AM – 12 Noon and 1 – 4 PM

We Offer Pickup Service for Some Collections

For larger collections or certain specialty items, Wiregrass Auction Group provides pickup services to make the consignment process even more convenient. Our team will work with you to schedule a time that fits your needs and provide transparent pricing based on your location and collection size.

Items Approved for Consignment

We proudly accept a variety of consignment items that align with our auction categories and buyer interests. Prior to dropping off your items, please ensure they fit within the following categories:

  • Farm and Construction Equipment
  • Automobiles, Trucks, and Trailers*
  • Industrial or Commercial Equipment and Tools
  • Firearms and Sporting Goods
  • Coins, Currency, and Jewelry
  • Antiques and Americana
  • Petroliana, Signs, and Advertising

*Please note: Automobiles, trucks, and trailers must include proper titles and documentation.

Items That Need Approval Prior to Drop-Off

Some items require prior approval before being accepted for consignment.  The following items may be declined depending on volume and demand:

  • Everyday Household Items: Commonplace goods that lack unique or collectible appeal.
  • Furniture: Basic or overly worn pieces that may not draw buyer interest.
  • Glassware: Standard or mass-produced sets with minimal resale value.
  • Decorative Items: Generic wall art, lamps, or other décor without distinctive qualities.
  • If you’re unsure whether your items qualify for drop-off, please contact us for guidance. We’re happy to help you determine the best fit for your consignment.

Items NOT Accepted as Drop-Off    

At Wiregrass Auction Group, we strive to maintain high-quality offerings for our buyers. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any junk or low-value items, even if they are not listed below.

  • Some Furniture: Due to space constraints, we are no longer accepting large furniture consignments. This includes oversized items such as upholstered couches, large dining tables, bulky cabinets, or entertainment centers. Any upholstered furniture that is stained, dirty, or heavily worn, as well as pieces with outdated bright colors or flowery patterns, will not be accepted.
  • Appliances: Any appliance more than 5 years old, broken or damaged
  • Clothing & Shoes: With the exception of antique or designer, will not be accepted
  • Outdated Electronics: Tube TVs, stereos, and similar items
  • Books & Magazines: With the exception of antiques or rare editions, will not be accepted
  • Tires and Wheels: Mismatched, overly worn, or damaged
  • Hazardous Items: Plastic gas cans, paints, stains, oils, or chemicals
  • Bedding Items: Mattresses or box springs
  • Unsellable Items: Any item deemed unsellable by the auction company

Important Notes:

Wiregrass Auction Group reserves the right to reject any items at the door, regardless of condition or category.  Any unsold lot will incur a "No Sale" Fee of $5 per unsold lot. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with handling, cataloging, and listing items that do not sell.  Consignors may be billed a disposal fee for any unsold or leftover items that require discarding.
