AUCTION TIME:
Bidding begins Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 10:00 am EDT and continues until Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 2:00 pm EDT. First lot ends Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 2:00 pm EDT. Subsequent lots end every 5 minutes. All lots are subject to a 5-minute auto bidding extension.

A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases.
Purchase Price: $50,000.00
10% BP: + $5,000.00
TOTAL Purchase Price: $55,000.00
SALES TAX & SALES TAX EXEMPTION:
Applicable sales tax will be applied to all items unless the following proper documentation is provided to Weeks Auction Group, Inc. prior to or at the time of purchase:
Farmer Tax Exemption: Applicable farmer tax exemptions will apply. Proper documentation must be provided by the purchasers.
Dealer Tax Exemption: A photo copy of Sale Tax Resale Certificate with signed ST-5 Form or ST-4 Form.
Exporter Tax Exemption: A valid Bill of Lading provided by the purchaser’s hired Common Carrier at time of equipment removal.
PAYMENT:
An invoice will be emailed confirming your bids after the auction has been completed. Payment is required within 3 business days from of the date of purchase.
The accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, Personal or Business Checks, or Wire Transfer. Money Orders will not be an acceptable form of payment. Credit Cards are used only as a verification tool!! Weeks reserves the right to charge the purchaser’s credit card on file an amount up to the full purchase price plus storage fees for items not paid for and pickup up in a timely manner.
A required Form 8300 will be completed and submitted to the IRS for Cash and/or Cashier’s Check payment amounts of $10,000.00 or more.
EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
Equipment removal deadline is 10 business days after time of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. Equipment can be removed from the sale site ONLY after Weeks has received PAYMENT IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
