Auction Date:

Online Only Bidding will open on Saturday April 22, 2017 and will close on Saturday, May 6, 2017.

Bidding will begin closing at 1:00 P.M. eastern time on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the rate of 1 item per minute.  The closing time of each lot is subject to Weeks Auction Group’s internet bidding platform’s auto-extend feature.  When time remaining to bid on an item falls below five minutes, a new bid being placed on that item will result in the bidding clock being reset to five minutes.  Auto-extend bidding will continue on an item by item basis until such time as no further bids are received.

To simplify the bidding process, we encourage bidders to download the Weeks Auction Group mobile bidding App, available in the iTunes App Store or on Google Play.

Inspection Date:

Auction items may be inspected during normal business hours of Pinetree Gun and Pawn, 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M Monday thru Friday and 9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M Saturday.  Please do not call Pinetree Gun and Pawn with questions concerning the auction items or the auction process.  For information concerning the auction, please call Weeks Auction Group at (229) 890-2437.

Terms of the Auction:

This is an Online Only Auction, by registering to bid on the internet you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this auction and that you agree to abide by all terms and conditions as stated below.

All auction items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties either expressed or implied.  Descriptions of the auction items are believed to be correct and accurate and are provided in good faith, but are matters of opinion and not guaranteed by the seller nor Weeks Auction Group.  Bidders must rely solely on their own judgment as to condition, grade, authenticity, and accuracy of descriptions prior to placing a bid.  By placing a bid, purchasers acknowledge and agree to all terms of the auction and agree not to retract their bid.  Bidders that cannot satisfy the terms of the auction should not bid.  All auction purchases are considered to have been verified by the purchaser as to condition, grade and authenticity prior to the purchaser placing their winning bid.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to have any firearms inspected by a certified gunsmith before firing, neither the sellers nor Weeks Auction Group has made any attempts to test fire these items.

All firearms sales are subject to Federal Firearms Regulations. Purchasers will be required to complete all necessary forms to facilitate firearm transfers. Firearms will be transferred by Pinetree Gun and Pawn, 2330 GA Hwy 122 E, Thomasville, Georgia.  Pinetree Gun and Pawn will charge a $25 per gun transfer fee.

All firearms transfers will be subject to purchaser’s ability to pass an FBI NICS background check unless the purchase is the holder of a Federal Firearms License or Georgia Weapons Carry License. Purchasers with a Federal Firearms License or current Georgia Weapons Carry License are exempt from background checks. Certified copies of documents must be presented at pickup.

It is strongly encouraged that Georgia resident purchasers consider applying for and obtaining a Georgia Weapons Carry License.  The FBI NICS background check will slow down the pickup time for purchases.

Firearms can only be purchased by the registered bidder.  No assignments of purchases will be allowed.  To purchase long guns or long gun ammunition bidders must be 18 years old or older on the date the auction closes.  To purchase handguns or handgun ammunition, bidders must be 21 years old or older on the date the auction closes.

Buyer’s Premium:

For purchasers paying by credit card a 13% Buyer’s Premium will be added to your bid price to determine the final sales price of the items purchased. 

For purchasers paying by cash, cashier’s check or wire transfer a 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to your bid price to determine the final sales price of the items purchased. 

No personal or business checks will be accepted.

Sales tax of 7% will also be charged on the final sale price.  Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax by providing Weeks Auction Group with your sales tax number and executing a sales tax exemption form.

Auction purchases will be available for pickup on a first come first served basis:

Monday, May 8, 2017 from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Tuesday, May 9, 2017 from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Please be mindful that pickup of items following the auction is often the most stressful time of the auction process.  Weeks Auction Group personnel will be onsite along with Pinetree Pawn personnel to facilitate a smooth and orderly pickup.  We ask that all purchasers be respectful and realize that the safety and security of your auction purchases is of upmost importance.

First and foremost, NO pickup will be allowed without a PAID IN FULL invoice.  Pickups will be handled on a first come first served basis and wait times can sometimes be long.  Purchasers requiring an FBI NICS background check will slow the pickup procedure down and at times may be passed over if the computer systems are currently occupied running checks.  Once again, it is strongly encouraged that Georgia resident purchasers consider applying for and obtaining a Georgia Weapons Carry License. 

Shipping:

All firearms not received in person must be shipped to a FFL Dealer. Buyers must contact Pinetree Gun and Pawn directly at (229) 236-7296 to arrange and pay for shipment of firearms. Charges for packaging firearms will be $25 per gun with UPS shipping and insurance charges being billed at actual rate determined by package weight / size and zip code.  All packaging and shipping fees will be payed directly to Pinetree Gun and Pawn in advance of shipment. Any Bidder desiring to have their firearm(s) shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer must provide Pinetree Gun and Pawn with a written authorization (faxed or emailed) from their designated FFL Dealer which request the transfer and shipment of the specific firearm(s) to the designated FFL Dealer for transfer to the Bidder, along with a current copy of the designated FFL Dealer’s Federal Firearms License.

Firearms not picked up or shipped by 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 10, 2017 are subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee.

General Auction Terms:

Weeks Auction Group reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and / or the bidding rights and privileges of any bidder at any time that is deemed to have taken actions no to be in the best interest of the seller.

Weeks Auction Group reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction prior to the close of bidding; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices.  Weeks Auction Group also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or the entire auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times, inspection times, or removal times.

Weeks Auction Group reserves the right to charge the purchasers credit card on file an amount up to the full purchase price for items not paid for in a timely manner.
